It's that time of week again folks. That after hump day slump, spent watching Buzzfeed videos instead of working while your friend blow up your group chat. Through the mist of life updates and cute dog pics, someone asks that fateful, deep question, "What are we doing this weekend?" Your heart sinks. You want to go out and meet new people but Gael Garcia Bernal and two full seasons of Mozart In The Jungle are calling to you. So what do you do? Well, fret not, because I have assembled a dream team of modern day philosophers (aka) lifestyle, fitness, fashion, and food bloggers to get to the answer of this Socratic question. Staying In vs. Going Out Part 1 will now hear from the defense: Here's the case for Staying In.
"As an introvert, I'm a huge supporter of staying in. In a world full of fast paced jobs and entertainment it's easy to lose focus and to get caught up in the chaos of life--taking a night to simply appreciate silence is one of the best ways to refocus and recuperate from a never-stop-never-rest lifestyle."

" I think everyone should have a healthy balance of both in their lives but if I had to choose, it would be to stay in. Besides, going out all the time can get expensive (especially on a college girl's budget) and repetitive. Sometimes a nice glass of wine and a Gossip Girl marathon can do wonders!"
"Staying in is the way to go. But it definitely depends on where you are in your life. Last year I looked forward to going out every weekend and even week nights occasionally (what a rebel) to get all dolled up, spot out cute boys with my girls, and dance the night away. What girl doesn’t love that?! After all the fun I had last year I feel like its just the same thing everytime now. As a young aspiring entrepreneur/style blogger/girl boss I started to look forward to productivity and bettering myself rather than late nights out seeing the same people every time."

"I am a huge fan of staying in! I am a lover of comfy clothes and a great cup of loose leaf tea. If that means inviting your besties over to binge watch rom coms or just cuddling up with a good book, staying in definitely has its perks. No one will ever be mad at you for staying in, at least not for long, so embrace your inner Olivia Pope - grab a glass of wine and a bowl of popcorn and stay in!"
"To go out or to stay in....the question I ask myself every time the weekend comes around. I think that both are just as great, I love going out with friends and having fun just as much as I love staying in and having a nice relaxing night. We all need a good mixture of both in our lives in my opinion! "
